I've shipped a lot of side projects. Every one made me set up the same boilerplate before the fun part could start, and every one left me another set of dashboards to check.
Alfredo is me refusing to do that ever again. It runs on my server and watches my projects, and I want it to do the same for yours.

Alfredo starts with Umami for analytics, Postmark for email, Convex for the database, Better-Auth for auth, Creem for payments, Sentry for errors, GitHub and Uptime Kuma. The list grows from what you ask for.
When you deploy a project, Alfredo creates the keys and config each integration needs and wires them in automatically. You never copy a secret into a .env file again.
On your own server. Any VPS you can SSH into works. Alfredo doesn't host your projects; you have full control.

Under the hood.
Alfredo is one program on one server. You point it at a plain Ubuntu 24.04 VPS, and it runs each project as a Docker Compose stack you can read. Alfredo uses three words for the pieces of that setup, and the tree below is the real shape.
- It ships as a single binary compiled with Bun. Installing it is one curl command that pulls the release from GitHub.
- Before anything else happens, alfredo first-run hardens the server. It installs your SSH keys, turns off root login, enables the firewall, sets up fail2ban, and switches on automatic security updates.
Your headquarters. The one dashboard every project reports to: traffic, email, payments, errors, uptime. In the code it is the binary plus the dashboard it serves.
